If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where our company is located (Miluo City, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, China) for resolution. For users in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to resolve disputes through local alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
