Refund policy

1. Applicable Products

This Policy applies to all products directly sold in this store. For special products such as customized products, intimate items, hygiene products and disposable products, please refer to the product detail page.

2. 7-Day No-Reason Return (If Allowed by the Platform)

Under the premise that the product does not affect secondary sales, you may apply for a no-reason return within 7 days after receipt:
  • The product must be intact, unused, with complete packaging, no stains or damage
  • Accessories, labels and instructions are complete
  • The return shipping fee shall be borne by Buyer (please fill in according to the actual situation)

3. Return & Exchange for Quality Issues

If the product has quality problems, damage, missing items, wrong delivery or is seriously inconsistent with the description:
  • You may apply for return or exchange within [15] days after receipt
  • The round-trip shipping fee shall be borne by our store
  • We will choose to reissue, exchange or give a full refund according to the situation

4. Cases Not Eligible for Return & Exchange

The following cases are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Used, damaged, artificially damaged or soiled products
  • Dissatisfaction due to wrong size selection, dislike of taste/color or subjective reasons (no quality problems)
  • Exceeding the specified return and exchange period
  • Customized, printed or personalized products
  • Special products such as intimate clothing, food, skin care products and medical products (please refer to the detail page for instructions)
  • Dissatisfaction caused by uncontrollable factors such as logistics delays, weather and customs

5. Logistics and Receipt Reminder

  • Please inspect the goods on the spot when signing for receipt. If there is damage or missing items, please take photos immediately and contact customer service.
  • We have the right to judge whether to accept the claim if damage is reported after signing without inspection.

6. Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it is correct, we will process the refund within [3-7] working days.
  • The refund will be returned to your payment account in the original way, and the arrival time is subject to the payment institution.
  • If the order is cancelled or the delivery is successfully intercepted, we will give you a full refund as soon as possible.

7. Special Instructions for Cross-Border Orders

  • Cross-border orders may involve customs duties, customs clearance fees, value-added tax, etc., which shall be borne by the buyer (subject to the platform and the regulations of the destination country).
  • If the goods cannot be delivered or are returned due to customs detention, destination country policies or the buyer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance, the relevant risks and costs shall be borne by the buyer.
  • Cross-border return logistics costs are relatively high. Returns for non-quality reasons are generally not recommended; you can first negotiate partial compensation.

8. After-Sales Process

  1. Contact customer service and provide: order number, problem description, photos/videos of the physical product
  2. Customer service reviews and informs you of the processing plan (reissue/exchange/return/refund)
  3. Send back the product or wait for processing according to the customer service's guidance
  4. Complete the return, exchange and refund

III. General Terms

  • Our store reserves the right to interpret this Policy within the scope permitted by law.
  • If any part of this Policy is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
  • Placing an order means that you have read, understood and agreed to the above Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
